Animal Purchase Policies:
HOLDS
To place an animal on hold requires a 10-20% nonrefundable deposit (depending on the specific animal). Payment plans are available up to 6 weeks on orders over $300. If an extension is needed, please contact us.

SUMMER/WINTER HOLDS
If temperatures are not suitable for shipping at the time you purchase from us, we will happily hold your animals with a deposit until temperatures are safe to ship. Deposits are nonrefundable. 

SHIPPING 
We only ship in approved insulated boxes with appropriate cold, heat, or phase 22 packs. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE SHIPPING IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT APPROPRIATE. Anytime the temperature is over 85 and anything under 35 we will not ship; this is for the safety of your animal. We prefer to ship to your nearest Fed Ex hub and have the receiver pick up.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All orders will always have a live arrival guarantee. 
In the rare case of a DOA we must be notified with pictures (and in some occasions videos). We will send a similar animal of equal value, or your money will be refunded. This becomes void if we are not notified within 2 hours of your shipment arriving. We strive to do our best and ensure that our customers are happy, we take all precautions to avoid these situations when possible.
